My Explanation

Hello, On this website I will be going over 3 of the Detroit teams and how likely they are to make a playoff run in the 2026-2027 year. (I am intentionally leaving out Pistons as they are currently in the playoffs 4/22/2026). I will be talking about reasons these teams did not make it to the post season, trades that could be beneficial, and internal problems that need to be addressed. Along with the general direction The teams are heading in whether it is good or bad. I will not be talking about the referee issue in this that is a whole different rabbit hole to go down all together.

As someone who has lived most of their life in michigan, it is getting old watching the same time old tale of watching a Detroit team do really good in the beginning of the season, and then throw there odds of a playoff run at the end of the season. We just watched both the Lions and the Red Wings do it again in the 25-26 season. I am not a sports analyst, I am not an ex pro player of any of these sports. I am just a pissed off Detroit fan that is tired of having hope(cope).
